The Tourism Management Co-operative Education program at CapU is your gateway to the tourism industry and a great choice to gain practical skills while enhancing your academic abilities. After completing this two-year diploma, you'll be ready to enter the workforce and make a positive impact directly after graduation. In the program, you'll learn about core tourism management functions, build connections with industry and job skills on your four-month accredited, supervised co-operative work term. You'll also have the opportunity to study electives that meet your area of interest, ranging from hotel, adventure, events, eco-tourism and tourism planning. Current high school students Grade 12 students can apply for conditional admission based on their final Grade 11 and/or interim Grade 12 marks by uploading their most recent grades (e.g., unofficial transcript or a report card) through EducationPlannerBC. Final admission depends on high school graduation and meeting the specific requirements of the program. Note: Applicants from B.C high schools must release their grades to CapU via the BC Ministry of Education at Student Transcripts Services (STS) as soon as possible. |

| Additional Admission Requirements: | Students who have completed 30 credits or a 30-credit tourism management, hospitality management, or related certificate can apply for direct entry into the second year of the Tourism Management Co-operative Education Diploma. Students are to have a minimum CGPA of 2.0 and meet program entry requirements. |
